Returns Policy.

1. If items which are damage in transit you have 30 days to contact me for replacement, on receipt by us subject to our inspection a replacement or a full refund will be issued. Contact by phone +44 (0)116 21 21 741 or e-mail info@brlines.co.uk

2. If an item is incorrectly ordered by a customer it can be returned to me providing it arrives undamaged and unused for replacement providing they contact me first by phone +44 (0)116 21 21 741 or e-mail info@brlines.co.uk for permission to send it back at no additional cost.

3. However if you change your mind and decide you don’t want the item but want a refund then there will be a handling charge of 25% applied to cover repacking and checking the item is of good order, to facilitate this please write to B.
